The search results from Google won't be accompanied by the Google's search advertisement. Google uses its unique technology to put advertisements related to search results.

TWO WEB giants Yahoo and Google have signed a deal which will enable yahoo Japan users to get search results on Yahoo Japan page.

Yahoo Japan has said that the company will be using the Google search to display search results but at the same time the company won’t be using other technology of Google.

The search results from Google won’t be accompanied by the Google’s search advertisement. Google uses its unique technology to put advertisements related to search results. Yahoo Japan has said that they won’t be using Google’s technology of displaying advertisements along with the search results.

Currently, Yahoo is using Microsoft’s Bing to supple search results. It was speculated that Yahoo Japan will use Bing’s services as well but the deal couldn’t be finalised. As a result the two big web giants penned the deal for the Japan area.

Yahoo Japan is not a sole entity of Yahoo alone; Yahoo is one of the owners. This can be seen as a reason that preferred the services of Google for Yahoo Japan over Microsoft’s Bing.

Yahoo is not the biggest shareholder of Yahoo Japan as Softbank holds a larger share. This could be a reason that Google and Yahoo Japan inked the current deal.
