Yoga and its wonderful effects on body
Physical exercise on regular basis is key to a good health. Yoga plays a very vital role in life as exercise does. It is reported that Yoga helps in improving cardiovascular disease risk factors.
This Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline is widely practised for healthy lifestyle. One can feel more relaxed after prescribed Yoga Asana. It also includes breath control and meditation which helps to relax mind and to improve memory.

Yoga is equal to the daily traditional physcial activities which helps to burn body's excess fat and keeps one fit and active. One can opt for either biking or brisk walk, traditional aerobic exercise or Asana to stay fit and healthy through out the life.

Now-a-days more people are choosing Yoga over exercise as it is not that much tiring. From younger to older, anyone can do yoga easily without any side effects of it on their body. Yoga aims to transform body and mind and helps in preventing imbalance between mind and body.

Yoga is also acceptable presently because of its lower physical tolerance. Those who are going through a bad cardiac condition or musculoskeletal or joint pain find yoga a easiest way to stay physically and mentally fit and calm.

The worldwide acceptance of Yoga can be noticed from the fact that UN has declared June 21 as International Yoga Day.
