This award has been instituted to acknowledge, highlight and celebrate the commendable efforts undertaken by young entrepreneurs who have established and sustained a successful and profitable business. Entrepreneurs should be awarded and recognised as they are the main cog in the large machinery. They are the thinkers and the innovators. Thus, the award would honour the people who have started young and also those budding talents who help develop entrepreneurial eco-system.

Students who have first stepped into the world of business would be recognised and awarded. Apart from them people from EDP cell of Educational Institute, Bank Manager, Industry Association and others who too play an equally important role in development of entrepreneurship in the country would also be given their share of the credit. The awardees would be chosen by Shri Chanderpal former Secretary MSME ,Govt of India, Shri Sudarshan Sareen, President All India Confederation of Small and Micro Industries Associations, AICOSMIA, Shri Rajiv Chawla, Director, National Small Industries Corporation , Shri Rakesh Rewari, former Deputy Managing Director, SIDBI, Shri Rajen Kumar, Publisher & Editor, SME WORLD and other eminent persons.

Nominations for the same are invited and the last date of entry is December 15, 2011. The nominations are invited for 10 categories from each state and union territory.
