Zora Singh nominated as member of Telecom Advisory Committee
Telecom advisory Committee has nominated Dr Zora Singh, chairman of Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes as its member. The students and faculty have congratulated Dr Singh and wished that his tenure will be helpful for public at large.

DR. ZORA Singh, Chairman, Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes has been nominated as a member of Telephone Advisory Committee for Chandigarh Telecom District by Minister of Communication & IT.


Rakesh Chaudhary, media Coordinator of the group told reporters about functions of members of telephone advisory committee. He said committee will be an interface between consumers and BSNL/ MTNL, giving the public a confidence for reddressal of their grievances properly. The members shall also educate the public for creating awareness among telephone consumers about the various services provided by BSNL/MTNL. The members will also suggest efficient measures to improve the telecom services in country. The term of this nomination will remain valid up to 22-12-2013 or till further orders.


Dr. Zora Singh said, “I am elated and obliged for being nominated by the Ministry of communication & IT as a member of telephone advisory committee for Chandigarh.” The students and faculty of Desh Bhagat Group congratulated Dr.Zora Singh and said, “We are proud of our chairman for this nomination.” Ms. Tajinder Kaur, Vice Chairperson of Desh Bhagat Group congratulated Dr. Singh and wished him a wonderful and fruitful tenure for the betterment of the telecom services.
