To edit and proofread medical transcription files involving reading and listening to the corresponding medical dictation with various dictation styles, accents, and dialects. b. Recognize, interpret, and evaluate inconsistencies, discrepancies and inaccuracies in medical dictation; appropriately edit, revise and clarify them without altering the meaning of the dictation or changing the dictator's style. c. Responsible for making changes to grammar, punctuation, format, ensuring consistency, and clarity of meaning, adhering to the AAMT book of Style, or client preference as required. d. Checking medical terminology, anatomy, and medical reference usage. e. To transcribe/QA documents as per the transcription/QA methodology followed by the company. f. Use electronic references and other resources for research appropriately and efficiently to facilitate 100% accuracy, clarity, and completeness of reports. g. Adhere to rules governing patient confidentiality at all times. h. Demonstrate an understanding of policies, procedures, and priorities, seeking clarification as needed. i. Proactive in passing feedback to MTs promptly. TNQ Books and Journals Private Limited * Responsible for the delivery of articles / chapters as per project schedule * Plan and monitor the flow of articles / chapters (based on priorities) * Checking the Cover pages of Journals for both content and style * Checking the mail correspondence regarding workflow regularly * Responsible for the quality of final Print and Web PDF files * Setting the templates for simple layouts * Debugging the templates as and when required * Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the Production Editors at the Customer's site through mails

Should be capable of handling simple- to medium-level copyediting as per customer requirements. 3. Should enter their day-to-day production details in e-Workflow & Produce error-free output. 4. Complete the allotted jobs on time & Need to perform well in the tests during training. 5. Should be able to handle LIVE production of Copyediting immediately after the completion of training. 6. Will be responsible for Copyediting of Journal articles / books with high emphasis on quality.
