We are overwhelmed by the response and the interest that our contributors have shown in our site. This has further strengthened our belief about the requirement of a platform for all individuals to express themselves and share their opinion and views. At times, we have found our present format wanting in terms of being true to our promise to provide a platform to all. But recently, after one star singer of Assam kissed a minor girl making, the family suffer a huge trauma , the reality show has become an ugly reality.

The social movement for setting up a university at Murshidabad by Faruque Ahmed with other social activists is now successful with the West Bengal government endorsing it and CM Mamata Banerjee, who accepted the memorandum from Faruque Ahmed and finally gave the green signal after Education Minister Partha Chatterjee announced it in the state Assembly on February 27.
