We all know that the Supreme Court and High Court Judges are very important constitutional authorities in India who enjoy a very superior, important and pivotal position in the affairs of the State. We also know that they enjoy immense power and authority bestowed to them through Constitution and the various other legal provisions.
There are reports that things are not happening properly in a dairy known as Parag dairy. One inspection report points out that milk in big containers are allowed to remain as it is for around ten days and in the process some insects includes flies and mosquitoes also find their way to this accumulated milk. Out of this stale milk, ghee is produced and sold in the markets at around Rs.200 to Rs.300 per kilograms. A portion of the profits accruing are taken over by the higher authorities in this dairy.
The recent accident of Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express points out that safety aspect is not given its due importance by Indian Railways. Going by press reports, once a while, rail accidents do take place in different parts of the country. Reasons are similar or sometime different.
