Has Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh failed the nation in his second term?
In its latest issue, the leading US news magazine Time, in its Asian edition, has said that Manmohan Singh has not been firm enough to carry out pending economic reforms, and root out corruption and governance bottlenecks in India. Has the prime minister underachieved? Could he have acted more strongly?
