Residents of many private builder-built housing complexes in Gurgaon have been complaining for years about roads that are rubble and not fit for driving. When HUDA is sought to intervene, it puts the blame squarely on the respective builder. Case in point being Gurgaon's Sushant Lok, where residents say that roads have not been repaired for the last 10 years! Should builders be taken to task in this matter?
