Should Gurgaon adopt a licensing system to curb cases of property fraud?
Many cases of property fraud have been reported in Gurgaon since the last 10 years involving lack of transparency in bookings, huge delay in construction, cost-overruns, lack of proper paperwork and permissions, and developers running away with money after defrauding customers. Given these issues, should authorities in Haryana and Gurgaon adopt a licensing system to give permission to only properly chosen real estate developers to construct residential and commercial projects?

This should have been done by now to save innocents from frauds. The sooner it happens, better it is.

This is very essential because there are many frauds taking advantages of growth and economic boom in the city. They are always looking for a prey.
