Vijay Dahiya has been transferred within just two months of the beginning of his tenure as MCG Commissioner. Vimal Yadav, the Mayor of MCG, has said that the transfer was completely unexpected, and is not good for the city. There is speculation about allegation of irregularities against him but most are of the opinion that he was an honest officer who was doing good work. Given the general shock at his transfer, that too so soon - does it bode well for Gurgaon?
