For the last 67 years Pakistan is indulging in the worst kind of terrorism across the world in general and is spreading its terrorist activities in India, in particular. Terrorist outfits based in Pakistan, especially Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), had been responsible for terrorist strikes inside India including the Mumbai terrorist attack in November 2008, in which 166 people including six American nationals were killed.
Fake secularism is going on uninterrupted in the country for the last about 67 years. Political parties least interested in the development of the country and the people, often adopt a short cut to the politics and for this they have made adequate provision in the constitution. Sometimes, they would like to offer reservation to various sections of the society so that the people could be divided on the basis of caste and community.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has urged the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to bring in more transparency into the capital market in order to ensure that more and more retail investors are attracted to the stock market.
Companies in India, both in Private Sector as well as Public Sector, are required to appoint the independent directors on their Board in order to ensure the sound corporate governance practices. Necessary provisions have been made by the Government under the Companies Act.
