The seminar hall of Patna Museum was filled with eminent historians, archeologists, research scholars and art lovers of India. The occasion was 3-day national seminar on the Contribution of Bihar in the Making of Indian Art. The seminar was organized by the Department of Art, Culture and Youth, Government of Bihar.
Rural women, young and old milkmen were busy in search of their stolen cows in the open field of the Bazar Samiti of Patna City under Bahadurpur Police Station area today. They came here in search of their stolen cows from the different districts of Bihar like Begusarai, Ara, Patna Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, etc and other states. A security guard was sitting near the heard of the cows for their security.
Students of Bishop Scott High School were busy to explain about their exhibits to the guests in the annual science exhibition on Saturday at LIC colony in Patna. This one day science exhibition was organised for the students of this school. After saluting the guests the budding child scientists of this school explained very nicely about their models and charts.

Corporal punishment is not the right way of school education. Before knowing about child rights, we must understand that children are the citizens of today. Child rights and education are inter related with each other. Hence we cannot protect their rights without proper education. said Kushal Singh the chief guest and chairperson of National Child Rights Protection Commission, New Delhi at the State Level Workshop for Teachers on Child Rights at Hotel Pataliputra Ashok in Patna on Tuesday.
