Police 'aapki sewa men tatpar' (always at your service). This slogan is not cent per cent true in Bihar, because the incidents of police atrocities on the victims of land disputes and sexual abuse are rising in different districts of the state. These helpless and hopeless victims need justice and security from the Nitish Kumar government.
