I have been a faculty in Business Communication in famous colleges of Mumbai including RA Podar College, Somaiya Engineering College, PN Doshi Women’s College, and Larsen and Toubro Institute of Technology. I am a Gold Medallist in Masters in English Literature and has also done PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Higher Education and Diploma in Distance Education. I have anchored Quiz Competitions, Dumb Charades, What is the Good Word, Tejaswini- an intra-university Personality Contest for three successive years at the Youth Festival –Yuvamahotsav organized by S.N.D.T Women’s University, Fashion Show at The Club, Andheri, conducted by FHRAI, Wisitex Foundation Award Ceremony Recognizing Women Achievers , Ashwamedh InterUniversity Sports Contest, National Level Convention on HR Interventions organized by Federation of Indian Industries, Inauguration of the 16th Youth Ship to Commonwealth Countries etc. I have published several articles in Times of India, Indian Express and several management books and journals. As a trainer, I impact the lives of people through experiential sharing, dialogue, coaching, and training using suitable tools like role-plays, games and exercises. I help people to identify their own abilities and face their life with possibility thinking. My training sessions are a perfect blend of fun and learning. Many participants of my training programs ten years back, reach out to me even today. This, I think, is my greatest achievement.
