India needs a strong law to ensure the benefits of technology used for the benefit of mankind, said P.K. Malhotra, Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice at an ASSOCHAM event held in New Delhi today.
The apex industry body ASSOCHAM has suggested the Finance Minister to review its budget proposal to increase the royalty rate on Iron Ore from 10 to 15% with a view to maintain cost competitiveness and sustainable growth of the domestic industry.
