Although many are of the view that these incidents are not racial in nature, yet the frequency and the intensity of the incidents says something else. In order to curb these incidents or to atleast lessen the number, a Gurgaon helpline number for the North Eastern people have been started on Tuesday, which received a total of 30 calls on its very first day.
