A very well written comment by my dear friend, Chandra Vijay Singh of Sahaspur - Bilari! I agree with most of what he has said ........... the long q's at the banks and the ATM'S, only to find at the end of the day that they have run dry ; day in day out with resultant consequences ; petty businesses failing, nearly 100 people dead etc. etc., all because of very amateurish execution of a very good scheme!
The Kashmir valley is very much in the news; some articles have recently been published on the problems that continue to plague it, the most recent is by Shri Bharat Bhushan, titled "Why Kashmiris feel that India and the world have abandoned them", published on catchnews.com. Shri Bhushan is of the opinion that:
Kashmir. Paradise on earth. I wonder who said that? Was it Emperor Jahangir....not to worry, Murad Baig will soon put me right!! But is it still a paradise, perhaps 'burning Kashmir' would be more apt. Many articles have been written on the current situation. What I am going to say is nothing new, but I still wish to write, perhaps just to clear my own confusion!
