A trial court has acquitted Congress leader Sajjan Kumar of his role in the murder of Sikhs, but Rajiv Gandhi had given him a clean chit long time back. Punjab's super cop J. Riberio in his book titled Bullet for Bullet has revealed that when at a high level meeting he asked Rajiv Gandhi to take action against Sajjan Kumar to pacify Sikh feelings,Rajiv Gandhi lost his cool, rebuked him, and asked him not to raise the issue again.
