Since last few years, rape cases in India have risen to an alarming number. Recently, we witnessed two brutal rape cases resulting in nation-wide demonstrations, media-driven discussions, and arrest of few culprits. And more interestingly, politically motivated demands like resignation of Delhi Police Commissioner are floated around. However, did any of these provide solutions to the growing problem of rapes in India?
