Clash between K. Chandrasekhara Rao and Chandrababu Naidu may strike the destiny of Governor E.L. Narisimhan, who has been caught between the two gigantic personalities. Though he has got the special powers of law and order of Hyderabad under the section 8 of reorganisation act but he never wanted to use them.
