On a petition moved by Lucknow-based social activist Urvashi Sharma under 156(3) CrPc, the court of Judicial Magistrate II has directed the Ashiyana police station to enquire on First Information Report (FIR) against Subrata Roy and Sahara India Parivaar and submit report by 22 May.
