Aircel the GSM Telecom company has reached its extreme stage of burlary marketing. 8759102282 & 8759102363 the Aircel no.s have suffered too much with the marketing calls. The marketing calls disturbs the whole day even at 4am in the dawn in the cold

 Aircel the GSM Telecom company has reached its extreme stage of burlary marketing. 8759102282 & 8759102363 the Aircel no.s have suffered too much with the marketing calls. The marketing calls disturbs the whole day even at 4am in the dawn in the cold wintry night. The subscribers are fedup of the connection. 

 
The system of registration to DO NOT DISTURB CALL at 1909 has been made inactive to the same no. No sms is been forwarded to the no. Call to the same no is applicable but docet no is not forwarded to the same no.s by the company. If 1909 is called for customer's assistance the reply is that the system backup has failed please call after 6 hours, the engineers are on work. The same reply is been given every time whenever the call is made.
 
Where as the subscribers have recharged with the highest denomination of Rate Cutters and is now bound to bear with the no.s. Moreover, the company has forcibly activated VALUE ADDED SERVICE  to 8759102363 deducting the subscription charge of 30/- from the main balance. TATA DOCOMO is far better to the AIRCEL GSM these days. The DOCOMO sim is available in the market at the cost of RS. 10/- which gives free airtime of Rs. 40/- with amazing call rate (1p/sec for 1st 30sec. & next 30 sec is FREE which makes 30p/min call to any local no). All the AIRCEL subscribers to my view should shift to TATA DOCOMO to avoid unnecessary disturbances.
 
AIRCEL nodal officer should look into the matter to keep a view of customer's support and to retain their old subcribers.
