For the benefit of farmers and consumers, Sri K Vishweshwar Reddy, Member of Parliament – Chevella, Telangana state, came forward to encourage startups in the field of agricultural, as it will provide "Rural Jobs in Rural Area for Rural Youth". One such unit is "Our Food". The Urban unemployed of his parliamentary constituency will also feel glad if such encouragement extended to them by him.

Under the Mini Transport Bus Scheme, SETWIN has selected several unemployed youth and given the buses to cater the needs of the people in GHMC limits. Most the SETWIN Mini-bus services are available in the old MCH limits especially in the most busiest and high frequency bus services available routes.

The policy has to be relooked and the services which is catering in the high frequency routes be asked to cater the people where such services are much in need, due to lack of regular RTC services especially in GHMC new circles limits.

The existing bus owners under SETWIN scheme may not agree to ply their vehicles in new routes proposal put forward before them. But, under self employment scheme as encouragement to urban unemployed youth living in the erstwhile municipalities limits merged with GHMC, Mini Transport Bus Scheme be worked out and be added to cater the public transport needs of people living in certain localities where RTC finds the routes not feasible for them. The people living in such routes who are depending on share autos which charges bit high and making journey uncomfortable, will get get a better facility and pay less - charges equivalent as in RTC services for the travel in the route.

As a pilot project, SETWIN be asked to provide 20 seater Mini Buses numbering about 20 and select a 40 member team from Ranga Reddy district persons holding necessary license living in Rajendra nagar assembly constituency to operate the buses services in the following suggested routes, wherein RTC is not catering services to the commuters;

Rajendranagar to Kacheguda Railway Station - Via Dairy Farm, Upparpally cross roads, Hyderguda, Rambagh, Bahadurpura, City College, Imlibun, Chaderghat cross roads.

Rajendranagar to Nampally Railway Station - Via Dairy Farm, Upparpally cross roads, Hyderguda, Attapur, Retibowli, Mehdipatnam, Asifnagar, Mallepally, Bazarghat.

Dairy Farm to Bapu Ghat (Langar House) - Via Dairy Farm, Upparpally cross roads, Hyderguda, Attapur, Mughal Nagar Cross Roads, Langer House Cross Roads.

As the subject is related to public welfare as well as of employment generation, the people of the Rajendgranagar assembly segment hope that, the suggestion put forward will be discussed by the Hon'ble MP Sri.
