Campaign coming to an end - voters feel dejected
TR. Madhavan | 28 Apr 2014

During their election campaign in our Housing consisting of 9 blocks, the candidates of all parties visited and were informed about more than 600 families- voters about more than 1500 - are living in this decade old complex and explained and seen the problems we are facing like, polling booth, roads, sanitation, drinking water, electricity, sewerage, storm water drain, RTC bus facility etc.

Our grievances have not been redressed by the Corporator, MLA, MP or by the department officials. Being a part of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation-Circle 6-Rajendranagar, we the residents feel like living in no man's land. Copies of the petitions pending were shown to the candidates contesting.

Every party candidate has said that, "once elected he/she will work with the MLA / MP to solve at least some of the problems being faced by the residents."

But, none have said the, "Even if he/she doesn't gets elected, will take up the issues with the all the departments and resolve it."

Basing on what they said the voters feel dejected and also think it is waste to cast their votes.
