Central Vigilance Commission of India to protect ‘Whistleblowers’ Central Vigilance Commission will now protect the people who expose the corruption in society because corruption in India makes more trouble for common man and those who are and fighting for these are not protected by govt itself and in recent moths many activists murdered due to exposing the corruption and still there are people who are fighting for these in govt as well as other sectors and social welfare Organization, Right to Information, Anti Corruption Cell in India as well as of foreign based cells are already doing there job well too expose the corrupt officers who are still involved in corruption in high level at present The Corruption starts from top level to bottom level and when  the top is stopped naturally no one in lower level offices can think to take bribe or do corruption to destroy the dignity of the offices in front of society and for that Rigorous Imprisonment or capital punishment has to be given in India and for that the Honorable  president of India and Supreme court of India has to take serious steps to tackle these serious corruption issues. And for these the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) is coming forward by Union Cabinet bill is passing these to protect the people who expose the corruption in government department and the whistleblowers from any disciplinary action Revealing the identity of a person (whistleblower) can invite up to three years in jail and a fine up to of  `50,000 and no court can interfere in the case and can have any powers over the decision made by the Central Vigilance Commission in India .In a recent murder of the RTI activists Amit   Jethwa in Ahmedabad in Gujrat brings heat to the Union Cabinet and these bill will encourage in disclosure of information in public interest in state level and central level with public sector employees. In  UK, Australia, US and New Zealand which have whistleblower protection, But unfortunately India still is not having this and India according to the IT ( International Transparency and Corruption monitor) brings 5th position in corruption nation in survey And if a whistleblower exposing incorrect matter or malicious complaints he will be punished under certain clause according to the new bill and CVC will have powers to ensure all steps are taken to protect the whistleblower and Honorable Supreme court of India itself come out and took interest to asked govt to come out and with proper legislation to protect the Whistleblowers from the enemy of the society in IndiaIn USA there is already law to protect the whistleblowers under 1989 Act which take certain serious steps on personal action with respect to any employee or applicant because of any disclosure of information by the employee or applicant that he or she reasonably believes evidences a violation of a law, rule or regulation; gross mismanagement; gross waste of funds; an abuse of authority; or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety and in india now Right to Information ( RTI India ) is implemented in private schools for a transparent function in future and these all will be under  whistleblower’s  law with the provisions of the Official Secrets Act and these is of redrafted public Interest Disclosure ( Protection of Informers) Bill 2010 to protect the citizen of India who are really taking risk to expose the corruption in government offices and if it goes in right direction to seriously protect the Whistleblowers then it’s a good news by Union Govt to society
