In a message to Heart Care Foundation of India, Shri Narendra Modi, Chief Minister, Gujarat said that in the current era when diseases' burden is shifting from communicable to non-communicable diseases, India should concentrate efforts on policy supported by action in meeting the standards of medical care coupled with advancement in technology.
Mr. Modi gave his message on the occasion of 'Dil Ka Darbar' being organized by Heart Care Foundation of India on 23rd September, 2012 at Talkatora Stadium. The Darbar will focus on questions and answers between the public and the cardiologists.
