HOW TO RETRIVE THE BODIES (Tunnel mishap in andhra pradesh- 3 migrant labourers missing)

Tunnel mishap in andhra pradesh- 3 migrant labourers missing

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • Three migrant laborers working in a under ground tunnel as part of the Devadula irrigation project works died when the bed of the Chalivagu Reservoir gave away, flooding the tunnel with water last week on 15th july  at warangal district in andhrapradesh

The labors were identified as B. Banchulal, Gayadeen and Brijban Gond – all from Madhya Pradesh State.

this is A 58 km-long tunnel dug to lay an 8-metre diameter pipeline

  • the tunnel works going under the water resorvier chali vaagu

  • Suddenly, the Chalivagu floor collapsed and water gushed into the tunnel heavy forcely  washing away three workers

  • At that time 8 workers engaged in work at tunnel. Out of them 5 members rushed out from tunnel to save there lives. They said, “we heard heavy sound of water  and ran away”

  • At last.. THREE LABOURERS found to be missing. And officials at that place declared they dead. But Their bodies could not be retrieved since the entire tunnel running to nearly 4 km was full of water.

Singareni coal mines rescue operations teams and Naval team came from visakhapatnam being rushed to the spot and expressed its inability to retrive the bodies

    HARDLES

    --------------

the entire tunnel of 4 km is full of water. Just it is 6 meter diameters entrance.

  •

  • If try to lift out the water from tunnel with heavy motors. impossible because the reservoir water continuously rush through the tunnel

  •

  • If that is the case entire reservoir should be vacate. That is impossible because the CHalivaagu tank water used for agriculture. It irrigates almost 1000 hectares of crop fields.

  •

  • And Chalivaagu having capacity of water 0.56 TMC. Present water 0.49 tmc (water level 19 feet) and having inflow of 50 cusecs

  • So that impossible to lift the water from tunnel and vacate the reservoir empty

  • Almost all tunnel of 2.5 kilometers now with full of water

WHAT NOW

How the accident had occurred. And what are the failures. Is their lapse of life security measures… these are all not necessary now

Almost all government hands up to retrive the bodies

Only the question arise and want the advise and discussions about

HOW TO RETRIVE THE BODIES OF THREE LABORERS from tunnel..??? IS IT NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF NATIONAL DISASTER MANAGEMNT…???
