It would be a good idea if drinks such as above are recommended to be used and marketed in a big way in India which would help a large section of the always mobile population to keep their spirits high.

IN DEVELOPED countries energy drinks are consumed by almost everyone at least once or twice everyday. Therefore, the market for such drinks is huge and is only growing. There are a host of energy drinks available to choose from. In this article I am singling out one drink which is very popular both in Australia and New Zealand. It is known as “V” drink.

The effects are simply outstanding once this drink is taken even with a small measure say 200mg. People who are in sales and mobile and those who need to keep moving from one place to another during working hours will find this drink as a best source of boosting one’s energy. It has been experimented that this magnificent drink can get rid of the feeling of tiredness or lethargic feeling in one go.

What is the scope, size and market for energy drinks in India? I am not aware if any research has been done on this subject. However, I am very sure that if energy drinks like “v” are introduced in India, it will be a big instant success.
The nutritional information on this “v” drink constitute of the following:

-Caffeine
-Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
-Niacin (vitamin B3)
-Vitamin B6
-Vitamin B12
-Pantothenic Acid
-Taurine
-Glucuronolactone
-Inositol

It would be a good idea if drinks such as above are recommended to be used and marketed in a big way in India which would help a large section of the always mobile population to keep their spirits high.
