This is not the first time India shows the world its remarkable achievement but it has given this world a lot. Just think for a while what it would be without zero '0', it was an Indian named Aryabhatta, who gave 0 (zero) to this world.
Is India a growing super power? Yes, it certainly is and no doubt about that, many surveys and researches support this fact. Recently, new US official report suggests that India is third most powerful country in this world after US and China and it’s also shows that by 2025, the power of many western countries like European Union , US will decline and power of China and India will grow remarkably.

In medical science we Indians gave the world the knowledge of surgery. Sushruta Samhita was an inventor of surgery and cataract surgery performed by him in 800 BC. In higher education India gave first university to the world in 700 BC viz Takshila and Nalanda Universities, where about more than 10,000 students lived and studied from different parts of the world.
Albert Einstein said “We owe lot to the Indians, who taught us to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made”.
Now let’s talk about the 21st century, we are the largest producer of milk and tea in this world. We have largest network of railways and postal in the world. In entertainment industry we produce largest number of movies in the world about more than 1000 movies in different regional languages.
It is surprising but it is true that the population of middle class people in India is equal to the population of US.
Come to technology and power, It has been proved that every third technical in the world is an Indian. India has more than $200 billion reserves which brings India fifth in the list of high reserves country. India’s GDP grow more than 5.5 % every year for last 12 years and now its GDP for last quarter is 8.8%.
India has the fourth largest economy in the world. It has more billionaires than any other country in Asia including China and Japan. Today we are becoming largest service provider of the work because of BPO and it outsourcing industry acting like a DNA which is fast and furious. A recent survey shows that BPO sector in India consist 10% of total GDP of India which is running too fast. In power India is the second largest standing army in the world.
One of the greatest thinkers says ‘India is becoming a power house very fast. The Medical school in New Delhi is now perhaps best in the world. And the technical graduates from IIT are the best. So India is indeed becoming knowledge center.’’ Business week believes that in near future, India will become the R&D hub of Asia and the world. At present 150 company of Fortune 500 has already set up their hub in India.
