In India's World Cup Pool B match against Pakistan on February 15, India recorded 76-run victory with Virat Kohli as the star performer with his 107 who won the man of the match award. Moreover, it is 6-0 victory to India in World Cup matches against Pakistan. Thus, India maintained their unbeaten record against the arch-rivals Pakistan in the game.

With a reasonable total of 300 for 7 wickets, India beat Pakistan at 224 in 47 overs at the Adelaide Oval to secure two points in Pool B. India, elected to bat after winning the toss; it was Virat Kohli (107) along with Shikhar Dhawan (73) and Suresh Raina (74) who put India to comfortable total of 300. Also, bowlers Shami and Mohit provided fine pace, and Ashwin bowled well in patches.

In Pool A matches England, Australia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Afghanistan, and Scotland have been included. While Pool B has been formed by the teams from South Africa, India, Pakistan, West Indies, Zimbabwe, Ireland, and United Arab Emirates.

The venues for the matches in Australia are Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney. While in New Zealand, venues are Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Napier, Nelson, and Wellington.

My facebook friend, sending a picture of the match at Adelaide Oval, tells that about 70 percent of crowd in the stadium consisted of Indian fans. The picture shows the stands of the stadium filled to the capacity.
