India's costliest apartment flat of Rs 100 crore coming up in Gurgaon
Narendra Ch | 01 Apr 2015

India's most costly and lavish apartment is coming close to capital city New Delhi. It also would be tallest apartment in the country. With a mind numbing card rate of Rs. 100 crores and a per sq ft price of over INR 1 lac per sq ft., it is definitely only reserved for multibillionaires.

While residential prices upwards of 1 lac rs per sq ft are not unheard of in Mumbai, it is for the first time in Delhi-NCR that a developer has broken this ceiling.

Raheja Developers have unveiled a Single Penthouse over 10,000 sq ft on the top 2 floors of its flagship project Raheja Revanta. With over 60 floors, it is considered the Tallest building of North India , and is soon to be completed in Gurgaon. It is being built by Arabtec, the largest construction company in the GCC by market cap ,which also incidentally has the credit of having built the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the World.

As per a company spokesperson it is not open for general public & proper due diligence is being done before taking any discussion forward with any prospective clients. The Company has also claimed the fastest construction cycle ever in India with each floor being built in less than 7 days. "Over 90% of the units in this community are sold out, mostly to NRIs and big names in business. Even if you cant afford this particular unit, a few other units are still available at a fraction of this price. Revanta will definitely be the address that will define the skyline of North India", said Mr Nayan Raheja, ED, Raheja Developers.

This penthouse would sport a Private swimming pool overlooking thousands of acres of aravali mountains and access to a Helipad on the roof in case you use a helicopter to travel. The floor to floor height would be over 15 feet while all the Interior fittings and fixtures would be supplied by luxury brand Versace. With over 6 Bedrooms and a Private Clubhouse, this palatial home would also sport the Worlds First Artificial Intelligence Home Automation system giving the users the ability to "talk" to their homes and ask for simple commands like opening curtains/lighting control/climate control.

The company has announced that it will be building a skybridge on the 46th floor with a large sized infinity pool overlooking the Aravalis and a Luxurious clubhouse, access to which is only given to privileged members.
