The Normal human Body Requirements of Aluminium is 5-20 mg /day. But Most of the Antacids Containing Aluminium Hydroxide provides more than 80 mg of Aluminium. Is vinegar good for the arteries?

There is no evidence to this. However some studies in humans suggest that daily doses of apple cider vinegar may help people with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar. Acetic acid gives vinegar its distinctive smell and sour taste. A synthetic cousin of acetic acid, EDTA is a chelating agent and is used in cases of lead, mercury, or iron poisoning. A dubious practice, chelation therapy, involves repeated administration of EDTA to clean out the arteries by dissolving cholesterol-filled plaque. This is based on wishful thinking, not science.
