Modi Government must implement what is considered as unimplementable part of its agenda.
Satbir Singh Bedi | 11 Sep 2014

Modi Government must implement what is considered as unimplementable part of its agenda which is as under:

1. Deportation of all illegal migrants from Bangladesh to the country of their origin.
2. Abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution conferring special status on J&K.
3. Formulation and implementation of Uniform Civil Code.
4. Building of Ram Mandir at the Ram Janambhoomi site.

Now, this has always been an inalienable part of BJP's agenda since its inception.  When a BJP led NDA Government was formed under Vajpayee, the reason for the non-implementation of this agenda was given as the pressure of the Pseudo-Secular allies of BJP like JD(U) and TMC, etc. who, it was stated, did not want to lose their Muslim vote bank as according to them, Muslims were against the implementation of this agenda.  Since BJP did not have majority on its own at that time, it could not implement this agenda but now under the Modi Government, BJP has no Pseudo-Secular allies who are dependent on Muslim votes and it has a majority on its own account.  So, it must implement this agenda as millions and millions of people have voted for it to see that this agenda is implemented.
