Musharraf, ex-dictator of Pakistan is facing treason charges; our PM and his Cabinet should also face similar charges

Musharraf, ex-Pakistan dictator is facing treason charges for imposing emergency in 2007 which was held unconstitutional. It would be in the fitness of things if he is found guilty and hanged for act of treason.

That would save Pakistan from being taken over by Military dictators.  It  is a good sign for Pakistan.  India should take a leaf from this and try the present PM for high treason for praising the British rule during his visit to UK in 2005.  He and his Ministers should all be dismissed and tried for yielding to extra constitutional authorities like Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.  The latter tore an Ordinance's draft which was approved by the Cabinet and called it "Nonsense".  However, he is not to be blamed as he is not in the Government and the whole Cabinet agreed to withdraw the Ordinance.  The blame squarely lies on PM and his Cabinet. PM is involved in Coalgate scam and so many scams have taken place during his regime.  Moreover, He and his mentor, Sonia Gandhi are shielding the guilty persons who perpetrated the massacre of Sikhs in 1984.  So, they all need to be punished. President of India and the Supreme Court of India may act in this regard so that no extra-constitutional authorities are allowed to function in future in India and there is no diarchy.
