NETAS MAKING INCITING COMMENTS TO GAIN POLITICAL MILEAGE BE PENALIZED
Neetu Banga | 03 Mar 2010

How should netas making inciting comments to gain political mileage be penalized ?

I think, in democratic country like India we cannot able to make any laws and penalized them heavily. As we all have fundamental rights of speech. It is like banning of fundamental right. It is high time for all party leaders (elders/ President of parties) to make deadlines/restrictions on their speech/press conference at least they can control their language and tongue otherwise our country will definitely loss our tradition of respect.  We people can make this possible and we all have full right to punish them by keeping them out of parliament is only bestway to penalized netas.

Do not vote for them , when they have no worried for country/common man, why we should worry for them.

Our democracy is based on fair criticism; and freedom of speech and expression is highly protected by the Indian Constitution. A blanket prohibition of criticism of the policies of the Government is invalid and void, and it makes no difference if the person criticizing happens to be a government servant or the employee of a public institution or political leader.
