Production standards need to be improved in Parag Dairy
Vishnu Mohan | 28 Jun 2014

There are reports that things are not happening properly in a dairy known as Parag dairy. One inspection report points out that milk in big containers are allowed to remain as it is for around ten days and in the process some insects includes flies and mosquitoes also find their way to this accumulated milk. Out of this stale milk, ghee is produced and sold in the markets at around Rs.200 to Rs.300 per kilograms. A portion of the profits accruing are taken over by the higher authorities in this dairy.

It woud be nice if established leaders like AMUL, Mother Dairy, Aavin (in South India) are encouraged to take over the administration of units like the above for bettering everything wherever scope exists.

Hoping the above finds favours with the concerned authorities.
