INDIAN PERSONNEL EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL members, Abu Azmi along with Abdul Karim President giving suport & gather in a large no. at Protector Of Emigration Office to protest against MOIA Order.
INDIAN PERSONNEL EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL (IPEPCIL) has declared a National protest day against Ministry of Indian Overseas Affairs (MOIA Order dated 29th July 2011). This Initiative of MOIA to make attestation of foreign jobs mandatory will definitely invite rampant corruption at all level which had experienced in the past when attestation was mandatory.
The existing system of Emigration clearances for the job seekers abroad is going on well as per the Emigration Act 1983 with the liberalization done in the year 1991. So, our country is benefited in large as such we have generated a large NRI population today. This notification of MOIA will curtail lot of opportunities to Indian Personnel’s seeking employment abroad, as well as inviting rampant corruption.
