JAMMU Apr 20: Expressing serious concern over the continuing violence and stone pelting incidents of the Kashmir Valley, Shri Ram Sena, Jammu and Kashmir asked central government to send more troops to Kashmir to bring the situation under control.
In a statement issued on Thursday, State President, Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan, while expressing anguish over the stone pelting on security forces in entire Kashmir Valley, asked Centre to send additional security force to strengthen the security grid in the Valley.
"Centre should push additional forces in more disturbed areas to strengthen in army," he said.
Lambasting the PDP-BJP Alliance in the State for registering an FIR against CRPF jawan, Rajiv Mahajan said it is very reluctant that despite AFSPA government registered FIR against security force.
"Our security forces are disciplined," he added.
He also appealed to the central government to repeat Jagmohan, the former governor of J&K who has been awarded the Padma Vibhushan, as Governor of the Jammu and Kashmir State to deal with situation.
