Time for CBI to wake up from its deep slumber?

The media is the voice of the nation. So the media helps to evoke a revolutionary feeling whenever there is an injustice. But it is not possible for media to bring light on each and every issue like Jessica Lall murder case.
THE PROTECTORS of the nation are needed to be woke up and fight against the injustice. 2010 witnessed many unsolved cases and injustice. The citizens of India are so quite insecure.
The media is the voice of the nation. So the media helps to evoke a revolutionary feeling whenever there is an injustice. But it is not possible for media to bring light on each and every issue like Jessica Lall murder case. The defence and the judicial system should be corruption free to perform their real duty. Otherwise the citizens can not rely upon the government and its systems. The complaints against the National Human Rights Commission of India get doubled already. This clearly proves that Indian citizens doubt on Indian government's role and responsibility.
There are numerous times when government curtailed the role and responsibility of media and monitored it. Thus it converted media policies from social welfare to profit making category. Even the movie scripts need an approval from the government before releasing.
The investigation process is getting so low quality that cases are remaining unsolved for years and justice are getting delayed. Like the CBI did in the last year i.e 2010.
The double rape and murder case of two young women, Asiya and Neelofar in Sophian is still unsolved by the CBI. Their reports used to be so against of the actual case that people raged in anger.
The Shorabuddin fake encounter case is still suffering with the blunders of Andhra Pradesh police, the political influence and of course the reports of CBI.
In Ruchika Girhotra case still CBI is troubling to prove the intention behind the act of molestation of 14 year old Ruchika by former Haryana top cop SPs Rathore.
And the most important is Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj murder case.
Noida police and CBI both nurtured the Aarushi case for so long time and the result is that the suspects got bail.It is like we have to wait again for another ‘No One Killed Aarushi’ movie. Jessica got justice after 7 years of the incident, God knows how much time it would take to get justice for Aarushi. Hope this new year will not going to experience any similar kind of CBI blunder.
