Tips to cope with backache

Garlic cloves help in reducing back ache. Eat 2-3 garlic cloves every morning. It is an effective home remedy for backache. The article discusses other ways through which one can avoid back pain.

TO PREVENT back pain, don't lift by bending over. Lift an object by bending your knees and squatting to pick up the object. Keep your back straight and hold the object close to your body. Avoid twisting your body while lifting. Push rather than pull.

Proper bed rest at lest two to four hours is very important for backache.

Prepare lemon juice with salt drink every day it is an useful remedy for curing backache.

Take 1 gram of pure asafetida and egg yolk. Apply this paste on the affected spinal region. This will give quick pain relief.

Take 2-3 pieces of cardamom in warm milk add a pinch of turmeric in it. Drink it every night before going to bed, You will get an relief in the morning.

Raw potato pieces spread over a thin cotton cloth and covered again with another cloth.Kept over the effected area. It will give you the relief from back pain.

Take equal parts of limestone and honey. Apply this paste on the affected region. It is also a good remedy for backache.

Mix two teaspoons of cumin seed powder in a glass of water and warm the solution. Soak a towel in this solution and apply it on the affected parts. It will give relief within a couple of hours.

Take small quantity of bishop weed (ajwain seeds) and kept it in a small cloth. Put this bundle on already heated container, and let the bundle get heated. Apply it over the pain area. It will get immediate relief.
