WEIGHT LOSS by definition is the reduction of the total body mass, due to loss of fluid, body fat, or adipose tissue and lean mass. It can also occur unintentionally due to underlying disease such as cancer, AIDS, and some hormonal diseases like Diabetes mellitus or Hyperthyroidism. On the other hand, health freak people lose their weight to reduce flab from their body and to become active. Also they cannot eat food like fried potato, softies, pizzas, burgers, hot dogs and many other things that not only high in calories but also help in gaining weight.
Exercise is an important component of the overall approach to treat obesity and weight. Increased energy expenditure is the obvious mechanism for an effect of exercise. Current evidence suggests that exercise should accompany diet reduction and that exercise alone may not be enough for it On the other hand, exercise appears to be a valuable means to sustain diet therapy. Exercise has many advantages besides weight loss, especially in the obese individual for its impact on cardiovascular tone and blood pressure.
Since many obese individuals have not engaged in exercise on a regular basis and may have cardiovascular risk factors, therefore it should be introduced gradually and under medical supervision, especially in the most obese individuals. There are some healthy tips by which you can easily reduce weight like:-
  • Do not skip your breakfast- if you avoid taking healthy breakfast then your stomach will burn with acidity
  • Eat 4-5 servings of vegetables and fruits per day as they are full of fibres, vitamins and antioxidants so that your stomach feels full.
  • Do not eat snacks in between meals
  • Go for wholesome fresh foods.
  • Don’t avoid sweet dish or dessert too much as it will lower your blood sugar.
  • Drink at least 7-8 litres of water everyday. Limit your tea, coffee and alcoholic content in daily life.
  • Go for wholesome fresh foods like brown bread, brown rice, half boiled eggs and so many other foods that are rich in fibre and make your stomach feel full.
  • Cook food in best cooking oil that is good for your health.
  • Avoid fried foods and non-fresh foods.
  • Also avoid junk foods like pizzas, burger and hot dogs.
  • Walk or run daily and strict on it.   
If you want to drop the extra fat, the first thing you should do is to consult your family doctor for a recommendation of the best weight loss regimen. Of course you will want a full physical examination that leads to a determination of proper weight loss technique. A medical examination will also alert you to any restrictions you should be aware of heart disease, hardening of the arteries and other maladies that can make certain exercises hazardous. And to lose weight fast, four aspects of your life will be altered: what you eat, how you eat, your behavior and your level of activity. Unfortunately, drug treatment of obesity is rarely efficacious and despite short-term benefits, medication-induced weight loss is often associated with rebound weight gain after the cessation of drug use, side effects from the medications, and the potential for drug abuse.
