Viren Naik's comment on How to tackle new challenges world is facing

Ok first things first. All the African countries must start operating Electronic Cargo Tracking note systems interconnected with their Customs and Excise PAD systems so that everyone know what kinds of shipments are coming into the respective countries. A lot of foreign exchange has gone out of these countries via inflated invoice prices thus the exporting party collaboration than can finance purchase of Ammunition etc. A lot of imports are coming through pirate ports and these should now be monitored by external agencies. The following countries should now be forced to adopt this system : Kenya, Uganda ,Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Sudan and Libya. Please remember we do not have much time. Tell me have I not been proved right every time I have put a comment here. There is a potential immensely fatalistic event coming which will only be caught off monitoring the ECTN's. This will show up who are the exporters and Importers and Regards and create a lead to the epicentre of the financial racket funding the illicit arms and drugs and the fake edible food avoiding the deaths of millions of innocent children besides all the governments will benefit greatly earning the excise duties and regulate outfloe of precious foreign exchange. Regards and God Bless Viren Naik
