  Is Shiney Ahuja innocent and being framed up?

Film star Shiney Ahuja's wife claimed on Wednesday that the actor was innocent and is being framed up. Being a celebrity, she claimed the actor was a soft target and the entire case was a fabrication, although police claims otherwise. As per the police version, the circumstantial and medical evidences point to sexual assault. They even said that the actor had admitted to his mistake and was remorseful. Whether this is a frame-up or Shiney is guilty will be decided in the court of law, but it is sure that the actor has lost the plot in real life. What is your opinion. Is he innocent?

First of all one needs to forget that Shiney Ahuja is a celebrity. Irrespective of whether he is a celebrity or not, be it Shiney or anybody else should get the same treatment in the court. He should be punished if he is proven guilty.

Apparently in photographs Shiney’s maid is wearing a mangalsutra and green bangles. So she may be married. Times of India has reported that Shiney's maid is only 38 kgs and so could not give a strong defence against Shiney and therefore there are no injury marks on his body. Looking at her photo i can’t believe she is only 38 kgs. I don’t think Shiney must have raped her.

Im a girl and i do feel bad for that girl bt still I think that Shiny is innocent and he can't do such a thing... He is nt that stupid to risk his career as he signed hollywood contract... I think that he is being framed... It could be that the girl was madly in love him.. As i knw love is blind and cn go to any extend.. U knw wt even girls cn rape a guy it could be dt the poor guy has been forced to into and nt her... Because he lied abt her age that she is abt to b 18 bt the police foundout dt she is 20 yrs old and nt 18... She also said that Shiny misbehaved with he jus one day before the rape took place.. If i was in her place i would have never gone bake into that home where a man misbehaves badly with me.. It’s a really shameful deed for a father man as Shiny was a proud father of a gal and luved his daughter a lot as I av heard it in an interview of shiny… He said for him nothing is important then his daughter and I jus cn do anyfing for my daughter… He also said that he really luvs it when his daughter call him papa.. Would this debate even be here if the rape was committed by a run down schmuck? i guess not. Only because he is a actor that we are having this silly debate. Even though i disagree that he is being framed up, i completely sympathize with him. Rape should not be criminal.

if the court is yet to give justice then how can anybody say Shiney is innocent..... i totally disagree with this... if he has done such a mis deed, he has to pay for it..... this would set an example for other rapists as well who take rapping as a way 2 fulfill their pleasures.........
