GURGAON: Even as entertainment hub Kingdom of Dreams (KoD) is in deep debt, IDBI Bank has come out with a public notice claiming that its promoter, the Great Indian Nautanki Company (GINC), had taken a loan of Rs 39.62 crore in 2009 against the 5.66-acre land to it by HUDA.
