The theme of Namaste India 2006, ‘The Colours of India’, is a precursor to the Indo-Japan Year 2007.
 
With its bouquet of exhibitions, food bazaar, thematic venue decoration and cultural shows and performances, Namaste India 2006 is expected to take the essence of India to the Japanese soil on September 23 and 24, 2006.
 
The primary organiser of Namaste India 2006 is India Center. The other organisers include the NPO Society to Promote Indo - Japan Cultural Relations and Namaste India Working Committee.
