Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has said that his country favours a stable Pakistan.He was talking to Chairman Senate Nayyar Hussain Bukhari who called on him in New Delhi. Nayyar Hussain Bukhari is leading a seven member parliamentary delegation to India.The Indian Prime Minister hailed the Pak-India dialogue process to resolve all outstanding issues.After 45-minute meeting, Bokhari said that Parliamentary diplomacy would be more beneficial in improving ties between the two nations as members of Parliament represent aspirations of the people.He said it is a positive thing that the two countries are talking so that relations could improve.
