Sacked Uttarakhand minorities commission chief Sukhdev Singh Namdhari and his PSO Sachin Tyagi - key suspects in the November 17 shootout that killed liquor baron Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep - were remanded in judicial custody for six days by a Delhi court on Friday. Metropolitan magistrate Rajinder Singh sent Namdhari, a close aide of Ponty, and Tyagi to Tihar jail till December 13, after the police said they no longer need their custody for interrogation.read whole story
