In my opinion there are three issues which need to be addressed with sincerity. these are:
1. Immediate steps for population stabilisation
2. Conservation of environment - forests, rivers and other water bodies
3. Strict action against corruption - political, buraucratic or whatever |

It has been 62 years since India became free and about 18 years when Dr. Manmohansingh was first made Finance minister and thereafter India proceded on it's journey of liberalisation.From country whose precious gold was hypothicated to Bank Of England in 1991,we have come long way to become economically much stronger nation in the world as a result of liberlisation process started by you.Who has benefitted maximum from this liberalisation?People of the country who were economically better earlier: service class,uper middle class and upper class.We have now a very large number of billioners to show case in the world.Middle class and upper middle class has lot of disposable money to spend on comforts and luxaries.Liberalisation has naturally affected those who could have disposable money but what about the majority living below poverty line(BPL)? Whether liberalisation has improved the lot of farm labour,construction labour,landless peasants, artisans,beedi workers poor ricksawwala,autowala,maid servants in cities and many people in lower strata of society?
India has a large number of population living in very poor conditions with no facilites of pottable water,health,hygiene,education facilites and even for many two times meal for the entire family is not possible.
It is not that Government does not formulate policies to alleviate the status of the BPL and those living in poor conditions.The irony is that the benefits of these schemes never reaches to them because of corrupt beurocratic and politcall systems in the country.Out of every Rs 1 sanctioned by the Governement only 10 paise reaches to the targetted group,the 90 paise is pocketed by beurocrates,middlemen and politcians in the chain from sanctioning authority to the poors. The foremost emphasis of the new Government therefore should be to improve this delivery system for poors and reverse the utilisation percentage where atleast 90% reaches to them only 10% is eated by beurocratic process.
Then for economic growth India requires quality POWER for the Industries and the citizens.WE are among the lowest percapita electricity consumers in the world.The electricity policy of the nation inspite of Electricity Bill 2003 is very flawed and the interference of state governments does not allow the electricity to grow at the pace it is required after liberalisation.I demand electricity sector to be entirely in Central list by removing it from the common list under constitution.
Two more areas which are not improving due to their being in state list are Health and Education.India if it has to become a world leader must have all india national level uniform education system at least upto 10 + 2 level covered under CBSE systems with equal opportunity for poor students in private public schools who must be made to provide education to poors instead of to elites.
Last but not least is National Health Coverage.After liberalisation health facilites for rich and middle class have no doubt improved great deal with a large number of private hospitals and nursing homes cropping up here and there.But poors have no access to these hospitals and nursing homes and in case compulsions bring them to these hospitals,they are either denied treatment or provided only when they pay form their nose.
PM Saheb by having about 36 billioners in the country ,nations percapita income has increased by leaps and bounds but whether this increase reflects the increase in percapita income of the poors and BPL?
Instead of concetrating the effect of libneralisation on rich class and those who are not very poor,India now must ensure that liberalisation reaches to those who need it most : our poor country cousins,construction and farm labour,artisans and other categories of poor unorganised workers who are totally bereft of economic upliftment,education and health facilites. |

I only request our learned PM not to bow infront of people or his allies for the unreasonal demands which they make at reqular internals.In the begining itself DMK put up demand for having more cabnet seats, these type of demands should be turned down with full force and only very reasonable demands should be accepted which r in the interest of the nation |

1. Top Priority to boost Agriculture production and bring the nation on the top level of self sufficiency.
2. Under social Security Scheme provision of Rs 2000/- Pension per person who have attained the age of 60Yrs, and have no individual regular Incom From any Sourse.
3. To Pass the Pending Women`s Bill in Parliament without delay.
4. Solve the pending Kashmir Issue. Onse for all in all respects for the peaseful progress of the nation in future
5. Free Madical Aid to all above 60 Yrs of age Irrespective of any descrimination.
6. To tighten the PDS Scheme in such a way that every family gets its benefits to meet their daily needs.
7. Top priority for Electriccity Production and provide,SufficientElectriccity Which is the Base for all Industrial Development in any Country. Boost Hydel Projects
8. Compulsory Education for all upto 10th Class and Provide all Facilities for that to the Lower Income People .
9. Deal Strongly with the existing Corruption frpm the Top to the Bottom, Stop Corruption totally on the Top Level by Vigilance and Laws.
10. Bring Stability in price of essential Commodities, Market Price MUST be in Control of the Govt Machinery Practically for that tighten the Existing Laws.

Last time congress has increased salaries and other facilities of the parliament members and bureaucracy. Pls PM Sahib think about those voter of india who has no meals to eat, clothes to wear and medicine for health. You are PM of all indians not only parliament members. |

WORLD WAR - III AGAINST ALL TYPES OF EVEILS IN THE UNIVERSE
WITHOUT A BLOOD DROP ON THE SOIL

Most of the experts might have told us that the World War - III will come
and the World will be destroyed. But as per thier statement they might
have considered ammunation, weapons,bombs and etc existing with the
World Countries like USA, RUSSIA, CHINA and etc including our country
also and other remaining Countries which are having weapons. But the
experts thought in a negative way and they are unable to solve the issue
and failed to find out a peaceful and appropriate solution for that
threat to the World.
In this instance I would like to take five people to explain the solution
for the issue.
SITUATION : The Five people are staying in individual rooms differently.
So if the five people want to live peacefully with one anothers coperation
they might need to do the following things.
A) The integrity and consistent and effective communication among the
five people is required.
B) Often visit to each others room.
C) Helping one another with integrity when the need arises without
selfishness and with good intention to develope other people and
that lead to the development of every one that forms belief or
trust among them.
So this is the solution for the existence of five people in peaceful
manner and cooperation with one another and as a GROUP of five people
they can help others since they are ONE AS A WHOLE. If any issue comes
with the coopeation of one another they can face and solve the issue
since they are five numbered Group well believed and understood each other.
So if you replace with five people with 500 or Total World Countries
the aforementioned example might not change and the solution is going
to be same or similar.
So what need to do is creating the best society in all the ways. For
that every (Human) being or persons involvement to solve the issue.
If the society is good or bad it is the result of involvement of all
the people living in the society. So we are going to creat a trusted
and good society in all the ways.
For that purpose every person contributon we expect either in the
money form r in any form. SO WE PEOPLE DECIDED TO CONTRIBUTE 5 TO 10 %
OF MONTHLY INCODE TO THE SOCIETY TILL THE END OF THE LIFE.
So Every Public Sector, Private Secotr, Semi-Government or any other
form of organization or individual person or any being(animals) contribution
is requred till their life.
The Contributed amount would be utilized for the following purposes.
1) Sponsoring a Child or person who is financial trouble for education
and look after them.
2) For HIV Patients Rehabilation and for medicines.
3) For the Prostitues to bring them into normal life who went into that
hell because of financial problems.
4) Rehabiliation facilities for the Terrorist, naxals and thiefs and etc
Since they are not by borne, The Society ( WE ) made then.
5) Helping the orphaned old aged people who are not able to work.
and etc work would be done by the contributed amount. So every member
Joined in this project should make others also join and etc. like chain
of actions. The employees should take this matter to Managing Director,
General Manager,Vice President and etc authorities should be explained
and made implemented in the entire organization. It should be interpreted
in every form of entity or organization around the World. This project
should be continued for ever. Money is not the matter Relationship is.
Your Involvement in Project is Mandatory other GOD WILL NOT FEEL HAPPY.

Pl.manage flawless voters' lists all over India.Approach roads in most of villages in Eastern U P either do not exist, or, are in very bad condition. Pl see.Schools running under trees, as no buildings are there.Health and sanitation are neglected subjects in Eastern UP villages. Chakbandi, chak roads, khalihaans, and pastures for cattle must get top priority attention in villages.Oxen in villages in Eastern U P villages roam freely to attack passersby and destroy crops. No body bothers to catch or control them.Bureaucracy must be indoctrinated to believe that they are no more servants of the Crown, but the servants of Indian public. They become blind and deaf to the anomalies in PDS, and the civil works in villages.They must not be party with petty politicians to condone bad quality, or deficiencies of the works. Let the believably steel frame of bureaucracy not work like wet news paper. Empower them, embolden them, and let them work without political interence.See that politics and public services are no more business, let them thank God for getting opportunity to serve the hapless public with missionary zeal.
