More than 46,000 low-cost houses are slated to come up for Delhi?s urban poor. Of these, 40,000 will be built on vacant land in Savda Ghevra and Bhalswa Jahangirpuri. The Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) took the decision on Saturday at its Board meeting and also approved four more projects for construction of 6,200 flats at various places.
