Saikia reports indict Mahanta Guwahati, Nov 14(UNI): Former Assam Chief Minister Prafulla Kumar Mahanta and the police hierarchy of his government were today indicted by an inquiry commission which looked into the extra judicial killing during the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) regime. The Justice K N Saikia report was today tabled in the Assam Assembly along with an Action Taken Report (ATR) by Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi.
